I just checked out the somethingawful forums. Shit was good, all was going well. Lurked for a good hour, found some pretty funny threads, but then I read you have to pay moneys to register. Totally killed it for me.
I guess it does help the overall post quality, though.

It would seem that the number of regulars I was used to has dropped significantly since I last was active. Even you, Rabid in your glorious magnificence have decided against frequent activity.
True, though I do stop by every now again when I'm bored. My lack of posting is not a symptom of my complete absence, but rather a complete lack of worthwhile material on the forums. Outside of making the occasional snarky comment, I don't feel like there's much for me to do here anymore.
Still, I stop by every now and then and sign onto AIM occasionally. I'm still using my old screen name, I'll try and get in touch with you some time if I can.
